Disgusting showers
I liked the staff, very kind and professional. I liked the location and the ability to walk to restaurants and other useful places.
The toilets were disgustingly dirty. The showers, in my case, in the shared rooms, were appalling. I've never seen a shower more dirty in any hostel around the world. Also, they didn't have shampoo and shower gel dispensers inside the shower. Is it so difficult to charge just one more dollar per night and cover such essential service? The reason why I wouldn't go back there, and maybe all the other Selina's around the world, is because of that impression in the showers

Upscale party hostel in great location
Great location within Guadalajara. Hostel had nice offerings such as a small library, a cinema, co working space and different tours (can’t comment on how the tours were as we didn’t take one). Staff was friendly. We had a private bathroom which was very clean.
There was a bar / club on the rooftop which was super loud on the days that we visited. We recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping. The common kitchen was rather dirty from the other people. Small tip not relevant for the hostel rating: We went for the a la carte breakfast in the Café in the hostel. We wouldn’t recommend it. It was quite expensive for what we got. They were out of half the stuff, and the stuff they still had was very basic.

Great budget accommodation
Location is great and the rooms have good facilities. Staff helped me check in early.
I wish there was drinking water on each floor as the only one is by reception on the ground floor. Also the rooms are not sound proof, unfortunately got kept up the night before my early flight due to a rather noisy neighbour
